Refund and Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Product is damaged
  • Wrong product was received
  • Product has manufacturing defects

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items

Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • COD orders will be refunded through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.

Exchange Policy

If the product is defective or incorrect, we will replace it subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

If the mistake is ours, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will bear the shipping charges.
