We currently deliver across the UAE.

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days (depending on your location).

  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 5–7 business days.

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery: On all orders above AED 100.

  • For orders below AED 100, a small delivery fee may apply, depending on your location and courier.

Any applicable delivery fee will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

📦 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE for your convenience.
Please ensure accurate delivery details to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
If a customer repeatedly refuses COD orders, we may require advance payment for future purchases.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can use this to check your delivery status directly through the courier’s tracking portal.

🔁 Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability at delivery time, the courier will attempt a second delivery.
In case of repeated failures, the order will be returned to our warehouse and may incur additional charges for reshipping.

🌍 International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
We are working to expand our services to other GCC countries soon.
