🚚 2. How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery time across the UAE is 2–4 business days, depending on your location.
For remote areas, delivery may take up to 5–7 business days.


💵 3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on all orders within the UAE.
You can pay for your order when it arrives at your doorstep — simple and secure.


📦 4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can use that number to check the delivery status directly through our courier partner’s website.


🔁 5. Can I return or replace a product?

Yes — if your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll review your case and offer a free replacement after verification.
Note: Returns for “change of mind” are not accepted.


 6. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.
Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Currently, we accept:

🕒 8. What if I am not home during delivery?

If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt a second delivery.
Please ensure your phone number and address are correct to avoid delays.


🌍 9. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only deliver within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
We’re working on expanding to other GCC countries soon!
